Return Policy

At James & Laura Charleston, we are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes a product may need to be returned. This Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning items.


Conditions for Returns

  • Returns can only be initiated after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • You may try on items for fit, but wearing them is not allowed.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return some items is not permitted.


Return Process

  1. Submit your return request via support@jamesandlaura.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (please note: our suppliers are located internationally, including China).

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, and its condition is approved, we will process your refund within 30 days to the original payment method used at checkout.


Liability

  • James & Laura Charleston is not responsible for lost packages if tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • Providing an incorrect shipping address is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Any errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
